For a limited time, YCC is waiving their customary $19.95 one time processing fee for any RHOL members who sign up for new YCC tenant screening services using this online application form.

NOTE: Those joining RHOL primarily for access to YCC Tenant Screening Services should verify that they qualify for YCC services before joining RHOL. 1. The agreement will require you to acknowledge that you have received and reviewed a copy of the Notice To Users of Consumer Reports: Obligations of Users under the FCRA.

2. Fax it along with the items required in the agreement to the YouCheckCredit.com office at 810 984-1263.

3. The registration information requested is necessary to ensure compliance with federal guidelines for obtaining information on applicants. Once received, your registration information will be promptly reviewed and you will be notified via email and telephone of your approval.

4. Questions regarding tenant screening services should be directed to YCC at 866-666-8833 or via e-mail to YCC Customer Service.

RHOL provides access to YCC services as a benefit to RHOL members but does not act as an agent for YCC in any customer support matters or disputes.

Prices and available tenant screening services are subject to change by YCC without prior notice. There is a charge for each report ordered.
