Want Property Maintenance Position

I am seeking a building maintenance job for retirement homes or anything dealing with heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, and anything else from underground sprinklers to painting.
I have worked steady for over 18 years. I am very good with people and my work attendance has been excellent. I also was on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week at my most recent job. I am ready to work anytime.
